If you are not fully satisfied with the Rayless sleep mask, please send us your order number within 14 days of delivery to get instructions for the return process and to receive an RA number. Unopened masks should be returned. Rayless.com does not pay return shipping charges. We recommend a trackable shipping method. Once your return is received, your full purchase price (excluding shipping and handling) will be credited back to the original form of payment.
